Whats My fitness goal?
My fitness goal is try to excercice every morning to keep myself fit.
Also, I will try to run ( If i can't run around my house ) How am I gonna achive that goal?
I am gonna achive that goal by waking up early so i have time to excercice.
After than I am gonna run. If i cannot go outside in the morning then,
i am gonna run around my house ( I know that sounds weird but it still works )
This is my fitness goal P.E Journal:
On november 28 i ran around the house for about 25 minutes because i had no time to go outside and it was too cold out.
On nov 29 I am going to excercice in the morning. I will do simple excercices like we do on P.E for warmups.
I will erase the dates as soon as nov 28 and 29 passes.My P.E goals may not always work out because i have alot of things to do
in the morning. I will try to do my goals as soon as i have time. Second P.E Journal:
Today is Dec 6th. I actually forgot to run because i was busy. On Dec 5th i did excercice.
Once i woke up i excerciced untill i was fully awake. On Dec 4th me and my parents went to their friend's house untill 1 am in the night.
So, i woke up at 12 pm at lunch. I was very sleepy and my excercices helped me.
From now on i will change my goals a little bit, so i know that i can do my goals for sure! Third P.E Journal:
Okay, i am very busy in the morning but i try my best to achive both of my goals.
I totally forgot to run on Dec 13th. I really didnt have time to do Gymnastics but i did my best for 5 minutes.
It was the weekend so i was really relaxed so i kept on forgetting stuff.
